1:1 coaching is limited to a maximum of 10 clients at any one time, so my online courses let me help more people—at a lower cost—whilst maintaining quality support.
Each course follows one of my programs. All are designed to move you to a specific outcome in your leadership growth. The live weekly coaching provides an opportunity to go deeper with hotseats where you share you experience or bring real challenges to be considered and reflected on.
